Lulit Price serves as the President and Treasurer of Kids Helping Needy Kids, Inc. A co-founder of the organization and member since its inception, Lulit was only 14 when KHNK was founded. Lulit is a full-time student at Duke Medical University in Durham, North Carolina but maintains active participation in Kids Helping Needy Kids from a distance. In 2008, Lulit drafted the first edition of KHNK's newsletter to our sponsored children Melkam Tena (Good Health). She sponsors two children named Hiwot Negussie and Almaz Shimelis.

Mehron Price is KHNK's Vice-President and Secretary. Also a
co-founder and charter member of Kids Helping Needy Kids, Mehron has served as
KHNK's website designer and PR Director. She is responsible for starting the "Christmas
in a Shoebox" program at The Calverton School in Huntingtown, MD, a program
that has run for four consecutive years there. A graduate of The Calverton
School, Mehron attends Harvard College in Cambridge, MA. Her sponsor children are
named Samrawit Misganaw and Hiwot Bisrat.

Luladay Price is the third and last co-founder of Kids Helping Needy Kids, Inc. Only 7 years old at the time KHNK was founded, Luladay has nonetheless grown to become an important member of KHNK. In addition to replacing her sister as PR Director for KHNK and contributing in a variety of ways to the organization, Luladay also heads the Fundraising Committee while still finding time to be a committed sponsor. Her sponsor children are Mekdes Worku and Bemnet Edegligne. Luladay attends The Calverton School in Huntingtown, MD.
